Finally, something we agree on!
The President is looking at taking on college football. Specifically, looking into whether the BCS should be thrown and replaced with a playoff series. Finally, an agenda item that I can get behind … And really, isn’t this what the President should be doing?
Justice Dept.: President Obama’s administration may take action on BCS
BIG!
The impact of this win will have a massive impact on every conversation going on in DC. Not much more to say.

Conan vs. NBC
I find all this late night fiasco stuff very intriguing. Conan is really getting the short end for NBC and Leno not willing to part ways. This is all really a side affect of Leno not having juice at his new time slot (and really, didn’t EVERYONE see this coming??). It is pretty unfortunate for my favorite big haired juvenile, though it is hard to feel bad for a man that is about to take...
Watch Avatar, hate your life?
CNN is running a story about how some who have watched Avatar have slumped into a depressive state. Must be a slow news day. Even assuming that some of these losers are self loathing and humanity haters (or more specifically, American haters?), the article talks about 1000 or so posts on a web forum. How many people have seen this movie? Given the revenue numbers, we have to be talking 100...

Say Cheese!
If you are planning on flying, say, anytime over the course of your life, be ready to have your nakedness on display for the great men and women of the TSA to ogle. I am sure there will be a mad rush of perverts into the TSA ranks, and it will only be a matter of time before these images get leaked onto the Net. What are you willing to give up in the name of “protection” against...
Ahhhh! The World is Burning!!
… Umm … But, it is not. Witness:
Rolling Stone’s current cover story continues to bang the drum on man made climate change, using the same old “scientific consensus” argument and scary imagery. I continue to be baffled that there hasn’t been a serious investigative inquiry into Climategate, which is an absolute travesty. With the knowledge that we have...
